【摘要】 目的研制硝苯地平乳膏,并建立质量控制的方法。方法拟定三种不同处方与制备工艺,以基质的稳定性及外观性状为考察指标,采用综合评分法对基质处方和制备工艺进行筛选。制备硝苯地平乳膏,并考察其稳定性,用差示分光光度法测定含量。结果制备的硝苯地平乳膏外观性状良好,质量稳定,药物含量为84.29%,平均回收率100.69%。结论该乳膏剂处方合理,制备方法可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare Nifedipinecream and establish its standard of quality control.Methods: The content of Nifedipine in preparation was determined by the UV spectrophotometric method and its stability tests were carried out.Results: The content of Nifedipine in preparation was 84.29% and the recovery of the assay was 100.69%.Conclusion: The formula was reasonable,and the preparation method was feasible.更多还原
