人本管理的核心是尊重
Respect Is the Core of the Management of People Oriented
【摘要】 社会个体由于个人条件各不相同,需求的层次也不相同,但"受尊重"却是共同的需求。要调动人的积极性,应遵循包容、激励、责任、欣赏等"尊重"规则。
【Abstract】 Since each individuality’s condlition is not same,their demands are not same.But "accepting nespect" is the common demant.In order to transfer person’s activities,the rules include pardon,inspiring,responsibility and appreceation.
