蝴蝶兰组培快繁的应用研究
Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Phalaenopsis Hybrid
【摘要】 以蝴蝶兰的叶片、花瓣、花梗、花梗顶芽和腋芽为外植体,通过组织培养方法诱导原球茎和丛生芽。结果表明,花梗丛生芽诱导率为80%,且腋芽的萌动反应优于顶芽。
【Abstract】 Clustered shoots were induced by tissue culture from explants that selected from flower peduncle terminal buds and flower peduncle axillary buds of Phalaenophsis hybrid. Inducing protocorm-like-body from leaves, flower stalks and petal. Result shows that clustered shoots induction rate can be 80%, and axillary shoot were better than terminal buds.
