【Abstract】 The author think that the e-governence is the amalgamation of “Electronic” and “Governence”,and the electronic document is the “BLOOD” of e-governence.Therefore,if governments want to be more transparent and more conscientious,electronic document management must be brought into the layout of e-governence.To achieve this aim,the author puts forward some suggestions and discusses the newly development of foreign electronic document management.更多还原
