高校图书馆组织结构变革新探
An Investigation on the Organization Reform of University Libraries
【摘要】 图书馆组织机构变革是图书馆由管理型向服务型转变的关键。提出高校图书馆组织结构变革方案,包括指导思想、组织结构模式、业务分工与服务模式、人才流动模式。
【Abstract】 Organization reform is the key part of transferring to service-oriented from manage-oriented of library.The reform schemes are put forward,including instructing ideas,organization models,business arrangement,service mode and talent flowing mode.
