【Abstract】 The background,thinking and main content of establishing the Thematic Database of Overseas Chinese’s Documentation and Information have been introduced.The practical experience in course of building has been summarized and appraised oneself in such aspects as main characteristic,using value etc.The strengthening construction measures further have been proposed in this paper such as insisting on the characteristic;strictly observing the standardization;strengthening propagation and safeguard;handle the intellectual property right problem well;providing professional personnel well and so on.更多还原
