中美产品责任法比较及我国相关立法的完善
A Comparison of Chinese and US Law of Product Liability and Perfection of Relevant Legislation in China
【摘要】 产品责任法是经济法的重要组成部分。文章对中美现行产品责任相关立法进行比较,依此对我国相关立法的完善提出建议。
【Abstract】 Law of product liability is an important component of Economic Law,and every country takes it seriously.This thesis compares and discusses the relevant legislation of Law of Product Liability in China and the USA in some main respects and proposes some suggestions to perfect the relevant legislatiion in China.
