Cu对304奥氏体不锈钢应变诱发马氏体相变的影响
Effect of Cu on Strain-Induced Martensite Transformation in 304 Austenite Stainless Steel
【摘要】 借助X-射线衍射分析法研究了0·45%~1·44%Cu对(%):0·068~0·072C、18·72~19·06Cr、9·40~9·46Ni的304不锈钢-196℃低温拉伸应变诱发马氏体相变的影响。结果表明,Cu对304不锈钢-196℃应变诱发ε马氏体相变有明显的抑制作用;当Cu含量增至1·44%时,在经低温变形的钢中未检测到ε马氏体相变。随钢中Cu含量增加,-196℃应变诱发α′马氏体相变倾向降低,致使应变累积到一定程度后,流变应力低于低Cu钢。
【Abstract】 The effect of 0.45%~1.44% Cu on low temperature tensile strain-induced martensite transformation in 304 stainless steel- 0.068~0.072C, 18.72~19.06Cr, 9.40~9.46Ni at -196 ℃ has been studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Test results showed that the Cu had obvious depression action to strain-induced ε martensite transformation in 304 stainless steel at -196 ℃, and with increasing Cu content in steel to 1.44% the ε martensite transformation was not detected in low temperature deformed steel. And with increasing Cu content in steel the trend of strain-induced α′ martensite transformation at -196 ℃ decreased, led to flow stress lower than that in low Cu content steel after strain accumulated to definite value.
