低碳钢镁合金脱氧的研究
Study on Low Carbon Steel Deoxidized by Magnesium Alloy
【摘要】 通过MgO质坩埚的30kg感应炉,研究了AlMg、SiCaBaMg、SiCaBaAlMg等镁合金(含8%~15%Mg)脱氧剂对0·05%~0·07%C钢的脱氧行为。试验结果表明,用8%~10%Mg的AlMg合金脱氧时,钢中氧含量降低到33·77×10-6,用15%Mg的SiCaBaAlMg包芯线脱氧,钢中氧含量降低到38·62×10-6。镁合金在脱氧的同时具有较强的脱硫作用,当钢中起始硫含量为0·063%时,AlMg合金的脱硫率为46·03%,SiCaBaAlMg包芯线的脱硫率为49·21%。
【Abstract】 The deoxidization behavior of magnesium alloy (8%~15%Mg) deoxidizer-AlMg, SiCaBaMg, SiCaBaAlMg to 0.05%~0.07%C steel has been studied by a 30 kg induction furnace with MgO crucible. Test results showed that with deoxidation using AlMg alloy contained 8%~10%Mg the oxygen content in steel decreased to 33.77×10-6, with deoxidation using SiCaBaAlMg alloy contained 15%Mg the oxygen content in steel decreased to 38.62×10-6, while magnesium alloy had strong desulphurization effect during deoxidized period, with initial sulphur content 0.063% in steel the desulphurization rate by AlMg alloy was 46.03% and that by SiCaBaAlMg core wire was 49.21%.
