钯络合物催化CO/乙烯共聚工艺研究
Study on the carbon Monoxide-Ethyhene copolymerization Catalyzed by Palladium Complex
【摘要】 对钯络合物催化CO/乙烯共聚合成聚酮的过程进行了研究,通过正交实验和单因素实验考察了温度、压力、n(DPPP)/n(Pd)、催化前体浓度和搅拌速率等因素对催化活性的影响。结果表明:当催化前体浓度<0.024mmol/L,搅拌速率>300r/min时,反应为动力学控制。温度对催化活性影响最显著,反应压力次之,n(DPPP)/n(Pd)影响最小。在反应温度90℃,4.0MPa,n(DPPP)/n(Pd)=1.5的最佳的工艺条件下,共聚速率达到7.5kg/(g-Pd.h),表观活化能为51.9kJ/mol。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of polyketone by the copolymerization of CO and C2H4 using Pd complex as catalyst was studied.The effects of various factors,such as temperature,pressure,the mole ratio of DPPP to Pd,catalyst precursor concentration and stirring rate on the catalytic activity were observed by orthogonal test and single-factor experiments.The results showed that the reaction is controlled by chemical kinetics when [Pd] is below 0.024mmol/L and stirring rate is over 300r/min.The most sensitive factor to catalytic activity is temperature,the pressure is second and n(DPPP)/n(Pd)is the least.The corresponding activity reaches 7.5kg/(g-Pd·h),and the apparent activated energy of the copolymerization process is 51.9kJ/mol,at the optimum conditionsof 95℃,4.0MPa,and n(DPPP)/n(Pd)=1.5.
