两种天然植物提取物的抑菌效果的快速评价与比较

【摘要】 本文研究了绿茶和桑叶提取物在不同浓度时对细菌的抑制作用,采用D值计算法快速评价了它们的抑菌效果。结果表明,绿茶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最低抑制浓度分别为0.034%,0.42%;而桑叶提取物分别为0.86%,1.54%。绿茶的抑菌效果更好。

【Abstract】 The antimicrobial effect of Green tea and Morus alba L.leaves extraction in different concentrations were researched in this paper.We use D-value method to fast determine the efficacy.The results showed that both the extract of Green tea and Morus alba L.leaves can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria thus kill large amounts of the bacteria.The MIC of extraction from Green tea was 0.034% against Staphylococcus aureus,which was 0.42% against Escherichia coli.As to Morus alba L.leaves,the data was 0.86% against Staphylococcus aureus and 1.54% against Escherichia coli.Apparently,the effect of Green tea extract was better.
