基因工程在益生菌中的研究进展
Research Progress of Genetic Engineering Used in Probiotics
【摘要】 益生菌已经广泛应用于饲料和食品等工业中,但是目前仍然有许多限制因素限制其使用。本文初步探讨了生物技术特别是基因工程改造益生菌方面的研究,为益生菌的进一步研究应用提供了一定的基础。
【Abstract】 Probiotics has been widely used in practice for many years in feed and food industry,but there are still many disadvantages.This paper reviewed the progresses of biotechnology especially genetic engineering used in the modification of probiotics in feed industry.Moreover,it provides some important information for further research of probiotics.
