儿童听力言语康复分类训练及评估的汉语视听系统软件开发
The Development of Multimedia Analytic Rehabilitation and Assessment System in Chinese for Children
【摘要】 目的根据儿童听力损失程度和听力言语发育特点,开发听力言语康复分类训练及评估的汉语视听系统软件。方法该系统为视听分类训练系统,设计过程中按照由易到难的顺序进行,从简单的音素察觉辩别到复杂的辅音发音部位辨别。开发过程通过Visual Basic6.0企业版程序设计语言实现在Windows环境中运行的全中文界面的应用软件。结果系统实现的主要功能有:练习、筛选测试、训练内容提供,测试者可根据患儿的现有听觉能力水平为其选择相应难度的康复训练内容;成绩查询功能,测试者在患儿测试结束后可查看其康复训练成绩,为患儿现有的听觉能力水平作定量评估;混淆矩阵查询功能,测试者可查看患儿听觉辨别的混淆情况,以便使后续训练更具针对性;成绩和混淆矩阵的结合使用可对患儿现有的听力言语水平作出有效评估,从而对下一步训练计划的制定提供辅助信息;患者资料数据库,为测试者提供患儿资料的编辑、查询及比较功能;题库编辑功能,临床听力学家可根据儿童言语发育特点和康复需要对系统题库进行编辑;系统控制包括音量控制、测试训练条件选择以及常用编辑工具等。结论儿童听力言语康复分类训练及评估的汉语视听系统是按照测试材料由易到难的特点进行设计,该系统能够为用户提供适合其听力言语水平的训练素材。
【Abstract】 Objective The rehabilitation and assessment system was developed according to the degrees of hearing loss and the associated characteristics of the hearing and speech development.Methods The multimedia analytic rehabilitation and assessment system in Chinese for children was an auditory-visual application software system,developed with Visual Basic 6.0.The application of the software was designed from easy to difficult,and from the discrimination of monosyllable and disyllable to the discrimination of consonant place of articulation.Results The function of the system included rehabilitation and assessment material providing,result quering;confusing matrix quering;patients’ information database;rehabilitation and assessment material editing and system control.The audiologist could select appropriate subtests for the specific child.After the test,the audiologist could give a precise assessment via the result and the confusing matrix,which would provide valuable information for the further rehabilitation program.Furthermore,the audiologist could edit the test material according to the clinical and researching need.The system control function included volume control,test condition selecting and so on.Conclusion The system fits different levels of children’s hearing and speech abilities,which will supply a new rehabilitation method for the Chinese children with hearing loss.
