S195型柴油机燃用柴油/甲醇双燃料排放特性试验
Test on Emission of S195 Engine Burning Bi-fuel of Diesel/Methanol
【摘要】 在S195型柴油机基本不改变其结构和调整参数的基础上,实现了柴油/甲醇双燃料排放特性的台架试验,分析了供油提前角(fθd)的变化对柴油/甲醇双燃料中NOx和CO排放的影响。推迟供油提前角,双燃料的CO排放增加,NOx排放降低。并在等转速和等过量空气系数条件下,研究了甲醇掺入量对NOx和CO排放影响的规律和原因。CO排放随甲醇掺入量的增加而下降,但掺入甲醇使NOx排放升高。
【Abstract】 S195 diesel engine for burning bi-fuel of diesel/methanol without changing its structure and parameters had been tested.The CO and NOx of the diesel/methanol blend was analyzed for a diesel engine under different fuel supply advance angles.With the decreased of fuel supply advance angle,CO increased,while NOx decreased.And under the conditions of same engine speed and equal excess air coefficient,the rule and reason for the CO and NOx are studied by the influence of different quantities of methanol.Test results show that CO reduced but the NOx increased with the increase of methanol capacity.
