具有混晶结构纳米TiO2水溶胶的低温制备及光催化性能研究

【摘要】 以工业级四氯化钛为原料,利用过氧化法于低温下制得了同时具有金红石相和锐钛矿相的纳米二氧化钛水溶胶。该溶胶为透明稳定的中性水溶液。并用FT-IR、XRD、紫外-可见光吸收光谱、TEM等多种手段对混晶型纳米二氧化钛水溶胶进行测试和表征。结果表明,利用过氧化法在低温下就能制得稳定的具有混晶结构的纳米二氧化钛水溶胶。对纳米二氧化钛水溶胶的光催化性能研究表明,在可见光下甲醛消解率在8 h内就达到93%,杀菌率达到99%。

【Abstract】 The transparent and stable nano TiO2 sol gel with mixed phases were prepared from TiCl4 through a simple peroxidation process at low temperature.The chemical structure and properties of the nano-TiO2 sol gel were characterized respectively by FT-IR,XRD,UV-Vis spectra and TEM.The results showed that the mixture of anatase and rutile TiO2 can be prepared by peroxidation process at low temperature.The photocatalyzing performance and activity of the gained TiO2 were also investigated in detail.The results showed that degradation ratio of formaldehyde and antibacterial rate could reach up to 93 percent and 99 percent within 8 hours respectirely.
