鳞片石墨基复合导电填料的制备与应用

【摘要】 介绍了以葡萄糖和酒石酸作为还原体系,采用化学镀技术制备鳞片石墨基复合导电填料的生产工艺。着重讨论了鳞片石墨表面预处理、反应温度、镀覆量等因素对鳞片石墨基复合导电填料电导率的影响。当反应温度为60℃,银镀覆量为25%时,在经NaOH、HNO3和表面活性剂处理后的鳞片石墨表面通过化学镀工艺获得了均匀分散的银,其平均粒径约为500 nm,该鳞片石墨基复合导电填料的电导率为9.114 4 S.cm-1;并用该导电填料制得了玻璃鳞片导电涂料,其体积电阻率为252.75Ω.cm,而耐蚀性与玻璃鳞片涂料相比,不仅没有下降,还略有增强。

【Abstract】 This article has described the preparation technology of flake graphite-based composite conductive filler by electroless plating process,and glucose and tartaric acid as reductant.The influence of surface pretreatment of flake graphite,reaction temperature,amounts of electroless Ag on conductivity of the composite conductive filler was emphatically discussed.When the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,and the content of Ag was 25 percent,highly dispersed Ag particles with size of about 500 nm were obtained on the surface of flake graphite,which was pretreated by NaOH,HNO3 and surfactant,and the conductivity of flake graphite-based composite conductive filler was 9.114 4 S·cm-1.A glass flake conductive coating was obtained by adding the composite conductive filler.Its volume resistivity was 252.75 Ω·cm,and compared with glass flake coating,its anti-corrosive properties are slightly enhanced.
