环氧基四配位硅改性水性聚氨酯及性能分析
Synthesis and Performance of Waterborne Polyurethane Modified by Epoxy-Tetra-Coordinated Silicon
【摘要】 通过二步法制备了环氧基四配位硅(ETCS)改性水性聚氨酯,研究了n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)的含量、ETCS含量对水性聚氨酯乳液及成膜性能的影响,确定了n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)在1.5~1.7之间,DMPA质量分数在5%左右,ETCS质量分数小于3%时制得的乳液外观呈蓝光半透明,粒子半径小,稳定性高;涂膜耐热性高、吸水率低。实验证明ETCS作为扩链剂比乙二胺作扩链剂时合成的水性聚氨酯各方面性能均有提高。
【Abstract】 The waterborne polyurethane modified by epoxy-tetra-coordinated silicon was prepared through a two-step process.The influences of the ratio of NCO/OH,the content of DMPA,the content of ETCS on the performance of waterborne polyurethane and films were studied.The emulsion was blue shade and semi-transparent with high stability,small particle size,good heat resistance and lower water absorption when the ratio of NCO/OH was between 1.5~1.7,the content of DMPA was about 5%,the content of the epoxy-tetra-coordinated silicon was less than 3%.The experiment results show that all the performances of the waterborne polyurethane were improved when using the epoxy-tetra-coordinated silicon as chain extender instead of the ethylene diamine.
