乙烯基POSS-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液性能研究
Study on Properties of OVS-Acrylate Copolymeric Emulsion
【摘要】 采用半连续乳液聚合法制备了不同有机硅含量的八乙烯基多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷(OVS)-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,并用核磁共振分析了其聚合状态。对乳液性能和涂膜性能的测试结果表明:随着多面体低聚倍半氧烷(POSS)含量的增加,涂膜的玻璃化转变温度、拉伸强度和耐水性显著提高,而聚合稳定性和断裂伸长率有所下降。
【Abstract】 Octavinylsilsesquioxane-acrylate copolymeric emulsions with various siloxane contents have been synthesized by semi-continuous polymerization process.The structure of the copolymer was characterized by use of NMR.The test results on emusilon and film properties showed that with increase of amount of OVS,the Tg,tensile strength and water resistance of film are improved significantly,while the polymerization stability and rupture elongation decreased slightly.
