涂层日光热反射能力与反射材料粒径及聚集状态的关系

【摘要】 日光热反射涂料是一种重要的节能型功能涂料,可以降低对电、水等资源的需求。涂层的反射太阳热和辐射制冷能力主要与涂层中的反射材料(颜填料)有关。反射材料的种类、数量和粒径是决定涂层太阳热反射能力的关键因素。本文通过理论分析和试验证明,认为在干燥涂层中,反射材料的分散聚集状态对涂层的太阳热反射能力有重要影响。

【Abstract】 Solar heat reflecting coatings is a kind of important energy-saving materials,which reduce the demands of electricity and water resource,etc.The capability of reflecting solar heat and radiation refrigeration depends mainly on reflective materials(pigments and fillers) in coatings.The varieties,amount and particle size of reflective materials are the key factor for control of reflecting solar heat of coatings.It is found that aggregating state of reflective materials shows decisive influence on the capability of reflecting solar heat of coatings in dry coatings through theoretical analysis and experiments.
