【摘要】 目的:研究CD40在炎症性肠病(IBD)大鼠外周血和结肠组织单一核细胞(MC)中的表达及其与IL-12的相关性。方法:利用流式细胞仪检测CD40在14只炎症性肠病大鼠(模型组)和16只正常大鼠(对照组)外周血和肠组织MC上的表达,并用ELISA法检测IL-12。结果:模型组外周血、结肠组织MC中CD40阳性细胞百分数和IL-12较对照组高(P<0.05)。结肠MC中CD40与IL-12呈正相关(r=0.845,t=12.5,P<0.05)。结论:IBD大鼠存在CD40与IL-12表达的异常,且两者有内在的联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of CD40 and its relationship to IL-12 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(MC) and colon tissue in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) rats.Methods: The expressions of CD40 in the peripheral blood and colon tissue were detected by flow cytometric analysis and the levels of IL-12 were measured by ELISA in 14 IBD rats(model group) and 16 normal controls(control group).Results: Percentage of CD40 positive cells and IL-12 expression in peripheral blood and colon tissue of model group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).There was a significant positive relation between CD40 and IL-12 in MC of colon tissue(r= 0.845,t = 12.5,P < 0.05).Conclusion: There are abnormal expressions of CD40 and IL-12 in IBD rats,and intrinsic relation may exist.更多还原
