【摘要】 目的:观察复方羟基磷灰石抗菌糊剂对根尖诱导成形的作用。方法:选年轻恒牙68颗,随机分为两组,分别充填复方羟基磷灰石抗菌糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂,于术后3、6个月和1年观察两种糊剂对根尖诱导的作用。结果:复方羟基磷灰石抗菌糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂对根尖形成的诱导作用无显著性差异。结论:复方羟基磷灰石抗菌糊剂可促进根尖孔钙化封闭,为临床用药提供了新的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of complex hydroxyapatite ceramic antibiosis paste on the apexification. Methods: 68 patients with 68 young permanent teeth were randomly divided into two groups. The root canals were filled with complex hydroxyapatite ceramic antibiosis paste and calcium hydroxide paste, respectively. The effects were observed after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Results: There were no significant difference between complex hydroxyapatite ceramic antibiosis paste and calcium hydroxide paste on the apexification of young permanent teeth. Conclusion: Complex hydroxyapatite ceramic antibiosis paste is successful on the apexification.更多还原
