【摘要】 目的:探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者脂肪肝的患病率及相关因素。方法:初诊2型糖尿病患者178例,按有无脂肪肝分组进行分析。结果:2型糖尿病脂肪肝组肥胖和高脂血症的发生率高于无脂肪肝组,脂肪肝组患者胰岛素抵抗更明显,出现糖尿病年龄较低。结论:肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和脂代谢紊乱是2型糖尿病患者脂肪肝患病的相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of fatty liver in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods: The data of newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes cases were collected and analyzed. Results: The proportion of obesity and hypertriglyceridaemia was higher in type 2 diabetes patients with fatty liver than without fatty liver. The insulin resistance was more obvious and the diagnosed-ages of diabetes was lower in the fatty liver group. Conclusion: Obesity and insulin resistance and hyperlipidmia are associated factors for fatty liver in type 2 diabetes.更多还原
