CO2施肥对设施油桃叶片特性的影响

【摘要】 以3年生油桃为试材,在水暖玻璃温室中进行CO2施肥试验。结果表明:CO2施肥可使桃树叶面积明显增加,叶绿体中光合色素的含量升高,叶绿素a/b值下降;叶片比叶重上升,含水量下降;可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质、碳水化合物含量和C/N值均有所上升;优质叶片的形成进一步促进了光合性能的改善。

【Abstract】 Taking 3-year-old nectarine trees in greenhouse as materials,the experiment was carried on in the modern water-warm glass conservatory of Shandong Agricultural University.The results show that CO2 enrichment made the leaf area and the content of photosynthetic pigments increase,while the value of a/b decreases.CO2 enrichment increased the specific leaf weight and made the content of H2O in leaf decrease.And the contents of soluble sugar,total carbohydra,starch,soluble protein in leaf and the value C/N all increased.Also,CO2 enrichment promoted the formation of the leaf,which would promote the photosynthesis of peach in turn.
