【摘要】 为更好地提高网球运动员的击球速度,采用体育测量法和数量统计等方法,对28名优秀青少年网球运动员专项速度素质进行测试和分析。研究发现,网球运动员的发球动作速度、正反手击球动作速度与专项速度素质之间有着密切的相关性,专项速度素质之间也有显著的相关性。所筛选的多项测试指标能够较好地反映青少年网球运动员的专项速度素质水平,部分测试方法可以作为网球运动员专项速度素质训练手段进行应用。腿部爆发力的优劣直接影响着网球运动员发球,正、反手击球动作的速度,腰腹的速度力量素质也是影响网球运动员专项动作速度的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the hitting speed of tennis athletes,the authors used the method of sports measure and statistics to analyze special speed quality of 28 young elite tennis athletes.We found that the tennis athletes’ serve,forehand and backhand motion speed had remarkable correlation with many special speed qualities and there is also a correlation between these qualities.Many measure quotas were better to reflect of the special speed level.Parts of measure method can be used as training skills.Legs explosive force is the basis of all the speed quality and affects serve,forehand and backhand motion speed and it’s also the key factor of moving speed.And the explosive force of waist and abdomen is the factor to impact the athlete’s special motion speed.更多还原
