Mn-Zn铁氧体纳米晶体的制备及吸波性能研究
Preparation and Microwave Absorbing Property of Mn-Zn Ferrite Nanocrystalline
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶自燃烧法制备了Mn-Zn铁氧体纳米晶体,用TG-DTA,FT-IR和XRD等3种分析方法研究了其制备工艺.将所得Mn-Zn铁氧体纳米晶体制成吸波涂层,研究其对雷达波吸收特性.结果发现:与非纳米(微米级)吸波剂相比,纳米Mn-Zn铁氧体吸波剂的吸波性能显著高于前者.
【Abstract】 Mn-Zn ferrite nanocrystalline was prepared by solgel auto-combustion process,and the technics was analyzed by means of TG-DTA, FT-IR and XRD.The microwave absorbing property of coating that was made up of Mn-Zn ferrite nanocrystalline was characterized.The results showed that compared with micro Mn-Zn ferrite absorber,the microwave absorbing property of nano Mn-Zn ferrite absorber was enhanced.
