番茄红素对邻苯二甲酸-2-乙基己基酯致果蝇脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的探讨番茄红素对邻苯二甲酸-2-乙基己基酯[di(2-ethy(hexylphthalate)]致果蝇脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用和机理。方法测定喂饲DEHP和不同浓度番茄红素对果蝇寿命及果蝇体内超氧化物岐化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性、丙二醛(maleic dialdehyde,MDA)含量的影响。结果喂饲高浓度番茄红素和DEHP的雄性果蝇平均寿命和平均最高寿命高于仅喂饲DEHP的果蝇且低于对照组果蝇;喂饲番茄红素和DEHP的果蝇体内SOD、CAT活性水平高于仅喂饲DEHP的果蝇且低于对照组果蝇且随着番茄红素浓度的增高而增高;喂饲番茄红素和DEHP的果蝇体内MDA含量低于仅喂饲DEHP的果蝇高于对照组果蝇且随着番茄红素浓度的增高而降低。结论在一定浓度范围内番茄红素可以部分拮抗DEHP导致果蝇体内的脂质过氧化,且呈一定的剂量反应关系,对DEHP致果蝇脂质过氧化的损伤有一定的保护功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the protection and the mechanism of Lycopene on the damage of lipid per-oxidation resulted from DEHP [di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate] in drosophilae.Methods Tests were carried out to examine the effect of Lycopene(and DEHP) on the life-span,the activity of total-SOD,CAT and the concentration of MDA of drosophilae fed with DEPH.Results The average longevity and the average top-longevity of the male drosophila fed with DEHP and high dose Lycopene was longer than that of group only fed with DEHP and without lycopebe,also shorter than that of control group.The activity of total-SOD,CAT of the drosophila fed with Lycopene and DEHP was higher than that of the group only fed with DEHP and lower than that of control group.The concentration of MDA of the drosophila that fed with Lycopene and DEHP was lower than that of the group fed with DEHP only and higher than that of the control group.The effect was more and more stronger as increasing of the doses of lycopene.Conclusion The damage of the lipid per-oxidation resulted from DEHP in drosophila can be reduced by Lycopene which shows the dose-response relationship to a certain degree.
