羊毛纤维的超临界天然染料染色研究

【摘要】 以菠菜为原材料提取叶绿素并合成叶绿素衍生物,以其为天然染料对羊毛纤维在超临界二氧化碳(SC—CO2)条件下进行染色,与常规水浴条件下的染色结果进行比较,发现前者染色效果更好.此项研究能为绿色清洁生产提供较好的参考.

【Abstract】 The chlorophyll was extracted from spinage and was synthesized into its ramification.With this kind of natural dye,wool fibers were dyed in supercritical carbon dioxide(SC-CO2) system.The results were compared with those of fibers dyed in water system.Assessment of color indicated that wool fiber dyeing was much better in carbon dioxide than in water.This work intended to provide a new "greener" dyeing process for future dyeing industries.
