CdTe纳米粒子的合成及其在灯塔探针中的应用
Synthesis of CdTe nanoparticle and its application in molecular beacons
【摘要】 以巯基乙酸(HSCH2COOH)为稳定剂,在水相溶液中合成半导体CdTe纳米粒子,并以此为基础制作了由无机量子点(QD s)碲化镉(CdTe)修饰的分子灯塔探针(MBs).采用紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱及琼脂糖凝胶电泳等测试技术对反应所得产品进行了表征.与传统探针相比,该探针具有荧光寿命长等优点.
【Abstract】 CdTe semiconductor nanoparticle are synthesized in aqueous solution by using thioglycolic acid(HSCH2COOH) as the stabilizer.Based on it,the inorganic quantum dots(QDs) CdTe-conjugated molecular beacons(MBs) are developed.The products are characterized by using UV-vis absorption spectra,fluorescence spectra and Gel electrophoresis techniques and so on.Compared with the traditional probe,the CdTe conjugated MBs is proved to be fluorescent longevity.
