中空皮芯复合纤维取向度和结晶度的测定
Study on the cryatallization and orientation of the fiber
【摘要】 本文在制备了含有0~20wt%的乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/聚丙烯(PP)共混切片的基础上,以PP为皮层、EVA/PP共混物为芯层,采用熔融纺丝工艺制备出了皮芯复合中空纤维。通过采用声速仪、X-射线衍射(WXRD)等分析与检测手段对纤维取向度和结晶度进行了测定。结果表明:EVA含量的增加,纤维的结晶度明显降低;拉伸大大提高了纤维的取向度和结晶度。
【Abstract】 Based on polypropylene(PP)as sheath and ethylenevinyl acetate/polypropylene(EVA/PP)blend chips as core,a series of composite hollow fibers were manufactured by melt-spinning process.Sound velocimeter and X-ray Diffraction(XRD)were used to measure the crystallization and orientation of the fiber.The experimental results show that,along with the increase of EVA contents,the crystallization degree of the matrix fibers drops;The crystallization and orientation are enhanced by stretch reasonably.
