【摘要】 建立了服务标志系统功效评价指标体系,用层次分析法求出了各评判指标的权重.以上海地铁徐家汇车站为例,用模糊数学理论对其服务标志系统功效进行了综合的评价.概括出今后标志设计中,应该从标志的数量、形式、色彩,标志的醒目性以及信息表达的确切性等方面进一步地完善.更多还原

【Abstract】 A comprehensive evaluation index system of service sign system’s efficacy is established,and the weight of each evaluation index is obtained with the aid of analytic hierarchy process.Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory,a comprehensive evaluation of efficacy of service sign system of Xujiahui station of the subway line 1 of Shanghai is investigated.Then a conclusion is reached that further improvement of sign designing should focuse on such issues as the signs’ quantity,style and color,high-lighting and veracity of the information.更多还原
