可逆变色水泥基材料的研究
Research on Reversibly Thermochromic Cement Based Material
【摘要】 在白水泥中掺加常温可逆温致变色微胶囊,制备出了可逆变色水泥基材料.掺10%蓝温致变色颜料微胶囊水泥基材料的颜色,可在低温时的蓝色和高温时的白色之间可逆变化,变色温度在42℃左右;掺10%红色、绿色温致变色颜料微胶囊水泥基材料的颜色,也可随温度产生相应的可逆变化,变色温度约在58℃左右.其中,红色水泥试件由低温时的红色变为高温时的近似白色,符合建筑装饰对材料低温暖色调、高温冷色调,应能随温度可逆变化的要求.掺加10%蓝温致变色颜料微胶囊后,水泥细度有所下降,标准稠度用水量有所增加,初凝时间、终凝时间、安定性均合格.在同流动度条件下,硬化水泥浆体抗折强度3 d,7 d,28 d均下降20%左右,抗压强度3 d,7 d,28 d下降在35%~43%之间.表明该材料可在建筑物非承重部位起功能材料作用,符合冬暖夏凉材料的制备方向.扫描电镜观察和X射线分析表明,在白水泥中掺加常温可逆变色微胶囊不会明显影响水泥本体结构.
【Abstract】 The so-called reversibly thermochromic cement based material is prepared by adding reversibly thermochromic microencapsules in white Portland cement.Research results show that the color of the reversibly thermochromic cement added with B30 can be changed reversibly from blue at lower temperature to white at higher temperature,and the switching temperature is about 42 ℃.When added with R30 or G30,the color can be reversibly changed from red or green to white,and the switching temperature is about 58 ℃.The R30 microencapsules can meet the needs of warm tone in winter and cool tone in summer in buildings.When B30 is added in white Portland cement,the water demand for the standard consistency of cement slurry increases by about 13%.The flexural strength and compressive strength decrease by 20% to 40% respectively,but the setting time and the soundness of cement are not affected.These indicate that the prepared material can meet the demand for creation of thermally comfortable environment of buildings.SEM photos and Xray analyses show that the structure of white cement is not affecting by adding thermochromic microencapsules.
