气动总管对输入信号气动平均性能的试验研究
Test Study of Pneumatic-Averaged Property of Manifold
【摘要】 通过输入单频信号及风压信号,检验气动总管对输入信号的气动平均性能,试验结果与计算得到的理论值吻合得较好.考察了输入管位置对输入信号气动平均性能的影响.归纳了影响气动总管气动平均性能的因素,认为输入管位置对气动总管的工作性能影响很小,并指出气动总管制作时密封性的重要性.
【Abstract】 The single-frequency wave and wind pressure being used as the input signals respectively,the pneumatic-averaged property of manifold is verified.The experiment results agree well with the theoretical results.The results indicate that the position of the input tubes has little effect on the(pneumatic)-averaged property of manifold,while the seal capability is very important for pneumatic-(averaged) manifold.At last,some important characteristics of the pneumatic-averaged manifold are summarized,which provides a basis for the design of pneumatic manifold.
