跳远起跳垂直速度生成机制的运动学和动力学分析
Creation mechanism of take-off vertical velocity of long jump on kinematics and kinetics
【摘要】 利用世界优秀运动员的跳远技术参数和跳远踏跳阶段踏跳力—时间曲线,剖析助跑速度损失量、起跳快速支撑和蹬伸在跳远起跳垂直速度的生成机制中的运动学和动力学原因,对跳远垂直速度生成提出了新的见解,并为创新跳远训练提供了一条新的思路。
【Abstract】 It analyzed the loss velocity of run up,the kinematics and kinetic reason of the fast support of take-off and the stretch in the creation mechanism of take-off vertical velocity of long jump with the technical parameters of world elite long jump athletes and the step strength on step phase.It put forward new opinion on the creation of vertical velocity of long jump and provided a new way for innovating long jump training.
