【摘要】 对我国青少年体育俱乐部监管机制中存在的问题及解决对策进行了研究。研究表明,我国青少年体育俱乐部的监管机制包括自律、互律和他律三个方面。青少年体育俱乐部的监管问题主要表现在:自律机制不健全,他律机制待完善,同行互律机制缺位。针对这些问题提出完善法规制度体系、强化青少年体育俱乐部的内部治理、探索社会化管理模式以及加强政府监管等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper carried out the research on the problems and countermeasures of the junior sports clubs’ mechanism of supervision in China.The study shows that the mechanism includes discipline,self-discipline and the supervisory association between each other.The main manifestation of the problems is that the discipline and self-discipline is poor,and the supervisory association is lacking.Finally,this paper advanced the countermeasures to perfect the law,strengthened the internal governance of junior sports clubs and reinforced the supervision of government.更多还原
