牙科用Ti-Mo合金的研制及组织性能特点
Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Titanium Alloys Ti-Mo for Dental Use
【摘要】 对不同Mo含量(5%、10%、15%和20%,质量分数)的二元Ti-Mo合金的显微组织和机械性能进行了研究。结果表明:当Mo含量为5%时,合金由单一的等轴α相组成;Mo含量为10%时,等轴α晶粒内部有针状析出物;当Mo含量为15%、20%时,合金由单一的等轴β相组成。Mo含量为10%,合金的综合性能最好:硬度为4510 MPa,压缩强度为1636 MPa,压缩率为22.5%,弹性模量为29.8 GPa。Mo含量的增加有利于合金组织的细化,塑性的提高。Ti-Mo合金是一种有发展前景的口腔修复用钛合金。
【Abstract】 Structure and properties of a series of binary Ti-Mo alloys with molybdenum contents ranging from 5% to 20% have been investigated.Experimental results indicated that the crystal structure and morphology of the cast alloys were sensitive to their molybdenum contents.When Mo content was 5 %,equiaxed α phase was observed.When Mo content was 10%,equiaxed α phase and acicular exudation were observed.When Mo content was 15% and 20%,only equiaxed β phase was observed.When Mo content is 10%,the synthetical properties of the Ti-Mo alloy are the best.The data of hardness(4510 MPa),compression strength(1636 MPa),compression ratio(22.5%) and elastic modulus(29.8 GPa) were collected.The increase of molybdenum contents is propitious to crystal refinement and plasticity increase of titanium alloys.The Ti-Mo alloys are suitable for dental use.
