【Abstract】 A method has been developed for the determination of polybrominated diphenyl ether(PBDE) in biological sample by high resolution gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.After column extraction,the extractive was purified by gel exclusion chromatography and FMS auto-purification system.Thirty nine PBDE isomers were separated within 53 min.The linear range of the calibration curve for PBDE was 0.2-1 500 μg/L.The recovery range for isotope internal standards in 20 mussel samples was 51%-108%更多还原
