新配体4,6-二甲基-2-嘧啶硫乙酸的合成、电化学性质及离子识别性能研究
Synthesis,Electrochemical Properties and Ion Recognition Character of a New Ligand(4,6-Dimethyl-2-Pyrimidinyl Thio) Acetic Acid
【摘要】 合成了一个新配体4,6-二甲基-2-嘧啶硫乙酸(Hdmpytaa)。用循环伏安法(CV)和差示脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了4,6-二甲基-2-嘧啶硫乙酸的电化学行为。结果表明:该化合物在玻碳电极表面存在吸附特性,在0.1 mol/L四丁基高氯酸铵(TBAP)的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺底液中于-0.83 V(vs.SCE)处有一灵敏的还原峰,其电极反应过程是单电子转移,传递系数α为0.74。利用循环伏安法还研究了该化合物对过渡金属离子的识别作用,发现该化合物在一定浓度下对Cu2+和Pb2+有较好的选择识别性。
【Abstract】 A new ligand(4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl thio) acetic acid(Hdmpytaa) was synthesized.The electrochemical behavior of(4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl thio) acetic acid on glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.In 0.1 mol/L TBAP DMF solution,Hdmpytaa yields a well-defined cathodic adsorption peak at-0.83 V.The electrode process involves single electron transfer reaction with α=0.74.The cyclic voltammetry was also employed for the recognition study of Hdmpytaa to transition-metal ions.The results indicate that Hdmpytaa has a good selective-recognition ability to Cu2+ and Pb2+ ions.
