离子色谱法检测植物提取液中痕量氟
Determination of Trace Fluorine in Plant Extraction by Ion Chromatography
【摘要】 介绍了一种采用OnGuardⅡ H柱进行样品前处理,抑制型电导离子色谱法检测,测定经管式炉燃烧水解后的浓碱性植物提取液中痕量氟的方法。色谱柱为:氢氧化物选择性的IonPac AS18阴离子交换柱,氢氧化钠等度淋洗。样品通过Dionex OnGuardⅡ氢型聚苯乙烯基强酸性树脂柱和0.22μm微孔尼龙膜处理。该方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.64μg/L,线性相关系数r=0.999 9,RSD为2.6%,回收率为95%~101%,具有灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单,节省时间等特点,用于实际样品的检测,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of trace fluoride in alkaline plant extraction by ion chromatograph with suppressed conductivity detector was developed.OnGuard Ⅱ H cartridge and 0.22 μm micropore nylon membrane were used to pretreat the concentrated alkaline plant extraction.Hydroxyl selective IonPac AS18 column was selected for the chromatographic separation of fluoride which was then isometric eluted with NaOH.The detection limit and the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve were 0.64 μg /L and 0.999 9,respectively.The RSD was 2.6% and the recovery range was 95%-101%.The method is easy to operate and time-saving.
