【Abstract】 The essay analyzes how to determine the compensation rate for railway value insured transportation by using optimization theory. Through analyzing relative factors and establishing the mathematic model, the essay evaluates the objective functions under different optimized control index. The essay also presents that using the maximum value theory to make mathematic deduction on the optimized compensation rate, then gets the optimized rate under different targets, and provides theoretical foundation on calculating the compensation rate and establishing policy for the value insured transportation.更多还原
