【Abstract】 Research and practice on railway safety management were laid particula r stress on upgrading the machines reliability nowadays, human reliability analy sis wasn’t applied synthetically in this field. Analysis on human reliability t h eory and technology were introduced,and the synthetical application of analysis on human reliability in railway safety management was designed.
