【Abstract】 "Technical Conditions of Radial of Cast Steel Wheel Center Used in Locomotives"(TB/T 1400-2005)provides the faults that are permitted to exist in the radials.During the course of the major repair of locomotive wheel sets,it is found that some of the rules in the mentioned standard would result in different understandings.The problems encountered in the major repair of locomotive wheel sets are analyzed,and then the authors discuss the faults that are permitted to exist in the radial of cast steel wheel center used in locomotive and the countermeasures.更多还原
