【摘要】 从毛丝鼠结膜炎脓性分泌物及死亡鼠肺脏中分离到革兰氏阴性杆菌,经致病力测定、生理生化鉴定确定为假单胞菌属的绿脓杆菌。药敏试验筛选出妥布霉素、多粘菌素B、美罗培南为高敏感药;庆大霉素、阿米卡星为中敏药。经敏感药物治疗结合饮水消毒控制了本病。以分离菌株制作灭活疫苗免疫鼠,30d后攻毒,对照组全部感染死亡,试验组100%保护性抗体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gram-negative bacteria was isolated from the lungs and purelent exudates of the Chinchilla conjunctivitis,the physionlogical Polymcin B,Meropenem were highly susceptible and the Gentamycin,Amikacin were mid-susceptible.The disease rad been controlled with susceptible drugs and water disinfection.The inactive vaccine from isolated bacteria was made to immunize Chinchillas,the test groups obtained protection of 100% and the control groups was all death after immunity 30 days,it is determined that the inactive vaccine can induce protection antibody.更多还原
