【Abstract】 The measuring method of gensenoside content in beer is investigated in this paper.Abstraction value is tested in 544nm by means of extraction with n-butyl-alcohol and with Vanillin and H2SO4-coloring.The results indicate that the recovery rate is 99% and the results are satisfactory.更多还原
