东北细辛SFE-CO2提取工艺研究

【摘要】 采用超临界技术提取细辛。通过正交试验,以萃取压力、温度、时间为因素,考察最佳提取工艺。以萃取物得率评价,结果表明,最佳萃取条件是:压力35MPa、温度50℃、时间60min。

【Abstract】 In the test we extracted Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag.by Supercritical CO2 Fluid Extraction.Extracting pressure,temperature and time as the orthogonal factors.The result is,the best extract condition was pressure 35 MPa,temperature 50℃,time 60min.
