几种常用饲料在长白山狍瘤胃中降解率的测定

【摘要】本研究利用3只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年公狍,用尼龙袋法测定了8种常用饲料在狍瘤胃中的干物质有效降解率(DMD)、蛋白质有效降解率(CPD)、有机物有效降解率(OMD),为科学制定狍的饲养标准奠定了基础。玉米面、豆粕、紫花苜蓿、玉米青贮、菊芋叶、高粱、青柞叶、草木樨的DMD分别为62.15%、58.21%、57.22%、26.29%、54.23%、61.98%、40.75%、55.89%;CPD分别为67.28%、68.24%、66.15%、34.23%、65.23%、40.09%、37.13%、54.47%;OMD分别为70.01%、70.14%、66.49%、34.47%、67.57%、58.53%、40.41%、57.55%。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the research,using 3 adult male roe deer with a permanent tube in theirs rumens,by Nylon Bag technique,measured DMD,CPD and OMD of 8 kinds of common forage in their rumens,which established the foundation for scientifically feeding roe deer.The DMD of corn,bean cake,alfalfa,corn silage,Jerusalem artichoke leaves,sorghum,oak leaves and melilot is 62.15%,58.21%,57.22%,26.29%,54.23%,61.98%,40.75%,55.89% respectively;The CPD is 67.28%,68.24%,66.15%,34.23%,65.23%,40.09%,37.13%,54.47% respectively;The OMD is 70.01%,70.14%,66.49%,34.47%,67.57%,58.53%,40.41%,57.55% respectively.更多还原
