刷体温度对高速微电机电刷磨损性能的影响

【摘要】 采用自制焙烧型电刷和进口高阻电刷在交流串激式高速微电机进行电刷磨损性能测试,并对电刷刷体温度进行了测量,考察了电刷刷体温度与电刷磨损速率的关系,运用相关理论对刷体温度、对电刷磨损性能的影响进行了详细分析。研究结果表明,电刷刷体温度的高低对电刷的磨损性能具有决定性的影响,刷体温度越高,电刷磨损越快。刷体温度可以作为考察高速微电机电刷磨损性能重要的指标参数。

【Abstract】 The wear rate of brushes and the bulk temperature of brushes were measured on AC series high-speed micromotors by adopting self-preparing baking type brushes and imported high-resistivity brushes.The relationship between the wear rate and bulk temperature was investigate and the influence of the bulk temperature on the wear of brushes was discussed in detail according to related theories.The results show that the bulk temperature has a key influence on the wear of brushes,the wear rate increases with increasing the bulk temperature and it may be used to characterized the wear property as a key performance index.
