【Abstract】 Tourist trade is an industry depending on the employees who provide services to visitors directly.Because of the particularity of whose job,tour guides have become the most important tour employees.However,because of the outside system and inside causes,tour guide always break faith in our tourist market.It has affected the development of our tourist trade gravely.The article will aim at the analysis of tour guide’s false behavior,and then find out countermeasures.更多还原
