【Abstract】 The ability of independent innovation as well as scientific and technological progress has become the decisive force in the economic development and the focus of competition in comprehensive strength of different countries.The government should focus on technological innovation,system innovation,cultural innovation and talent innovation,which can promote changes in the mode of economic growth,enhance market competition home and abroad and finally achieve the goals of country’s social development.更多还原
