从环境变化看我国私募基金发展的出路

【摘要】 随着各项改革深入进行,我国私募基金面临着环境的变化。深入剖析环境变化的影响、及时调整发展方向与战略定位是谋求进一步发展的前提。本文从产权环境、竞争环境、监管环境、信用环境和信息环境五个角度出发,分析了新时期环境变化对私募基金生存与发展的影响,指出我国私募基金未来发展应做好的几方面工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the Chinese economy is restructuring and reforming dramatically,the macro-environment for China’s private-issued funds is changing profoundly.The in-depth analyses of the impact from the environmental transformation,th e timely adjustment of the development objectives and the strategic positioning,are the perquisites for further development.By exploring the property rights environment,the competitive environment,supervising environment,the credit en vironment,and the information environment,this article analyzes how can the ex ternal changes affect the existence and development of China’s private-issued f unds,and indicates what they can to for the development afterwards.更多还原
