True-FISPT2*WI序列在肾脏小错构瘤检查中的应用价值
The Value of True FISP MRI Sequence on the Diagnosis of Kidney Small Angiomyolipoma
【摘要】 目的:评价真实稳态快速成像(True FISP)序列在肾脏小错构瘤的应用价值。方法:对105例磁共振诊断为肾脏错构瘤的病人进行追踪,对其中至少半年以上定期B超或MR复查且病变无明显变化的25例(30个病灶)符合条件的病人进行评价,主要比较True FISP、T2SE、T1FLASH(Fastlowangleshot,FLASH)fs序列对肾脏小错构瘤的检出率,对比信噪比。结果:平扫情况下TrueFISP对病灶的检出率高于其他序列(T SE和TFLASH),TSE序列又优于212T1FLASH序列;增强后动脉期T1FLASH序列对病灶的检出率低于延迟(2 ̄5min)后的TFLASH序列;对解剖结构的显示,1True FISP优于TSE和TFLASH序列。结论:TrueFISP用于检出肾脏小错构瘤的优点:①有较高的空间分辨率和信噪比;21②检出率高于其他序列;③解剖结构显示清楚。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of True FISP sequence on the diagnosis of kidney small angiomyolipoma. Methods 105 cases of kidney angiomyolipoma diagnosed by MRI were followed up. Of these cases, 25 cases (30 focuses) which had no changes in the lesion were enrolled in the study. The detection rate and signal noise rate (SNR) were analyzed and compared within True FISP, T2SE and T1FLASH fs sequences retrospectively. Results For the detection rate of the lesion, True FISP sequence was superior to other sequences (T2SE and T1FLASH fs) while T2SE was superior to T1FLASH fs in non-contrast scan. Using T1FLASH fs sequence, the detection rate of the lesion in artery period of post contrast MRI scan is inferior to that in delayed (2~5 min) period. The detection rate of the lesion in delayed period by T1FLASH fs is superior to that by True FISP sequence. But True FISP sequence is better than the others in displaying anatomic structure. Conclusion The advantages of True FISP sequence in detecting kidney angiomyolipoma are as follows: ①High spacial resolution and good SNR; ②High detection rate of the lesion; ③Well display of anatomic structure.
